I'm really interested. Curious though, in the unlikely event that this account were recovered/locked what would my course of action be? What would constitute as enough proof that the account had been recovered and say I didn't just change the password?

Good question!

I carry all of the original info for the accounts so if I had suspicions that you changed the password yourself I would simply just recover the account myself and return it to you.

These accounts will not come with the recovery info and I will not be giving you any of the recovery info so the only way to know for sure that the account was recovered by the original owner is if I myself am unable to recover the account with the correct info given to me and/or the account keeps getting locked upon successful email recovery. In that case, the account would keep getting locked and Jagex would eventually take the original owner's side and return it to him seeing as he might be able to provide more of the original details of the account then I can.

That being said, these are accounts that are very safe and secure and I wouldn't be offering a full refund along with a full reimbursement for all items placed on the account if I wasn't sure of it.
