mw2 10th prestige PLEASE HELP AND READ

can someone tell me the name of an actually LEGIT 10 th prestige lobby holder...my clan has been scammed numerous times lately, we've lost 2/1600 cards, 1 /3 month card, and a 1 month card....im tired of scammers and this forum is supposed to be legit ive heard...also is it even possible to get past this lastest patch by IW, ive heard all the old jtags dont work anymore... please reply and help me
