Looking for good high diamond+ OCE ADC to Duo

My mate finished last season Diamond I. He doesn't want to get to Master for some reason because he thinks he's bad but he's actually pretty good.

Someone duo with him to Diamond after the new season starts so that he takes less time to get there and can duo with me. Lmao.
