This user decided to play an account for over a week without issue then spam our website threatening chargebacks. We do not help people who are obviously scammers just looking for a free account or to trade in for a different one for free as this is against our policy. This user just keeps spamming us they are going to chargeback while still having the account and providing no proof of anything to us whenever he contacts us other than demanding what he wants.

Your chatlog is so exahustive, i asked literally WHAT TO DO? Your warranty said no history of suspension so this is a right that i have got, i asked even to give you back the account and pay the difference for one with borders, if i want to chargeback why in the world should i contact you and dont do that sneaky.
I'm here to talk and find a solution and you bullied me.
