Buying Low Level Skiller (Runecrafting)

Looking for a Skiller that is preferably level 3 / must be 1 defense and prayer.

The stats that I'm looking for are:

44+ Runecrafting
Any Mining level
Any Agility level (Would prefer if the account has full graceful)

These are basically the only stats I'm looking for, don't care about other skills as long as prayer/defense is 1.

Will pay for the account using 07GP, willing to pay first if you are trusted and vouched.
If you are looking for a trade, I am also willing to trade a 1 Attack, 60 strength obby mauler for an account similar to which I've requested.
