Hello, I'm Tom and I'm looking for some complementary income while I work on my main business and grow my clientele.

My services

I would like to offer customer service. Being responsible for quickly responding to potential clients or existing ones.

Communication can take place through multiple communication channels. Which may include:

- Emails
- Forums
- Web chat
- Discord
- Social media

I have a technical background, great english skills, my current schedule is from 8AM to 6PM, but I can adapt that a couple of hours to fit your shift schemes.

That said, I'm more than happy to provide additional contributions to the project to the best of my abilities.

I'm looking to work with a professional company that is either based or is looking to serve clients in the US East Coast geography and timezone.

Ideal businesses are US based and have a narrow and well defined business model, strategy, product line, client demographic, and competitive advantage.

Ideally I'd work for a B2B client, serving other businesses, examples of this are the bot tooling industry, bulk gp traders, graphic designers, etc... But I'm not against working with clients directly even if that implies a higher workload.

I'm looking to charge a low passive hourly rate. I'm open to working weekends, albeit at a higher rate.

Regarding frequency, I think the ideal cadence is Monthly, but I would appreciate weekly payments the first couple of weeks to solve some business debts quickly.

Ideal currency is USD, either through bank transfer or credit card payment. I'm not accepting GP as payment, I believe this would set the wrong tone to a professional relationship. I'm open to crypto payments.
