Looking for an All in one graphic service's graphic (seek Runescape seller pages for ideas)

I have a few popping ideas on what i could invision, i have a background, wanting some images put together smoothly and possibly a breathing affect. Easy and simplistic photoshoping and graphic ideas, if anyone is offering a service or needs some inspiration, i have some good ideas.
