Looking for custom "Prize Wheel"

Hey guys, check it out.

Looking for a custom prize wheel type app to use for cs:go skin giveaways over my stream.

Needs:

• Ability to modify the prizes via a text/excel file
• Ability to remove the winning prize from the pool after a spin
• Clean looking interface (will be overlayed over the stream during spins, needs to be appealing to look at)
• Ability to copy the name of the prize from the app (for the sake of managing a master list of trades I'll have to do after stream for winners)

Funding is limited upfront, but I can offer compensation providing the prize wheel brings in the revenue I'm anticipating. Also, feel free to list an e-mail/skype/etc somewhere visible on the program as advertising, to potentially earn some clients through the stream. I'm perfectly okay with that.

I could do this webbased, you can run it off localhost that shouldnt be a problem. Might have to look into adding the notepad file though.

 

If you're still looking, I can do a desktop app as well.
