Looking for a reputable programmer to make me a customized program

I'm looking for someone serious who knows what he's doing and can make really high quality program.

We will have a contract so the program will not be shared. Only looking for responses from really trusted people on here who either can program or refer me to someone they deem who could do such a program.


The program would be Runescape related.

I know this will be costly. We can agree on any of the following:
1) You can use it for yourself and yourself only on the side
2) You lease us the program (AND ONLY US) and we pay monthly
3) We pay a 1-time fee that we came up upon agreement
4) We pay you a certain amount per month up to an agreed price
5) We give you a % of the profits

I will only be taking pm's if you want to talk about this before adding anyone for this on Skype.


If anyone from Montreal is interested in this, I'm also interested in meeting you guys so we can talk.
(would rather be able to meet up with the person who works on this project with me, but, probably a long-shot)
