(WTB) 3 digit, see rules please

The account -must- be exactly as follows:

-Must be any 3 digit, ex: steam_0:x:abc
-Have a uncreated original email. Meaning I can create the original email on Hotmail or yahoo or whatever due to it being deleted.
-No setup profile; this does not mean a private profile.
-No results for login email and steam Id search on google

I will not accept any accounts that do not match the above criteria.

I really don't understand what you're saying. There are plenty of uncreated steamid emails out there.

It can be a private domain, or not it's cool with me.
