Requirements:

- Member of sythe for 6+ Months
- Able to put a deposit
- Easy-going person

- $400-500 deposit (amount will vary depending on reputation). Fully refundable
- If you choose to leave we have 14 days to return your deposit.
- We have the right to terminate any employee at our own discretion.

Just curious how much dose Live chat agents get paid on a site like yours? typically every 21 days whats the rough pay like?

 

A very good % of livechat sales. AKA if you sell 100$ worth of GP and we make 20$, you make a % of that 20$. We're bursting onto the scene starting with a very high advertising budget. Pay obviously varies depending on day, time, hours but is amortized out to be quite a healthy amount with the plans we have for the site.

Can you explain to me what the deposit is for in regards to being a live chat worker? What risk do you hold that leads an employee to have to put down a deposit?

Player comes into chat selling 1b 07 "for an example"
You run with the 1b cash and ditch the job.
this is just an example but im sure you know what i mean. Deposit is there for if you do scam/decide to mess him over and he has that 400m to rely on to help pay for damages.

 

Correct. Its the equivalent of a rent security deposit. If when you leave you have damages, that deposit is to pay for them.
