my ipod/itunes is rooted!!!

hi, well today i did a full systems recovery on my computer because it had heaps of viruses and things wrong with it, my problem is that my ipod and itunes no longer recognize each other because i did a full systems recovery. when i first plugged it back in it came up with a mesage that it can only be used on its original itunes, but now that its deleted and i cant update and songs on my ipod...i can only charge it. is there a way to be able to have all my songs on the computer and ipod?

 

try getting the origanol i tunes that you had before if that doesnt work go to best buy

 

I think there is some kind of ID that tells your ipod which computer to work with, but I'm not sure. Try apple tech support?
