Paypal Negative Balance

Hey, I was chargebacked on a " Unauthorized Transaction " on Paypal and my account is now in the negatives consisiting of about $26.00 CAD , before the chargeback I changed my address and phone number to a fake one, the only real information is an e-mail address, name and bank account information. However I am going to cancel the bank account on Monday by going to the bank. I'm wondering though what will happen if I don't pay off the debt with Paypal? I don't have any proof that I gave the items requested from the customer, nor I doubt they would accept it if I had as it would have been screenshots of the MSN window. Also, what would be the best course of action to deal with this? I want the " Giving Paypal $30.00 " to be a last resort.
