Selling Steam Account - over 30 games

Rules:

1.)I only accept PayPal gift. Payments will be sent as gifts with the following statement attached:
"I have purchased a virtual item that I cannot and will not dispute because I have already received my virtual item. I will not chargeback or file a false dispute."
Do not attempt to send fraudulent payments. I reserve every right to investigate any PayPal account that I believe to be less than trustworthy for any reason.

2.) I reserve the right to terminate any transaction if I, at any time, feel uncomfortable.

3.) I will not be held responsible for any account disabling, etc. that occurs after the account is sold. I have maintained this account for 5 years without any issues, and I am not responsible if you decide to be reckless in your management of the account.

I got this rules from Mr-Stitches thread and I give him the credits. I put this here because I agree with this rules.

Bulletstorm can be risked of the list, because is a GWFL game and I have already played this game.

In steam calculator marks U$400 but I cut the price at the middle
