You've got a few different routes you can go, I'll so my best to explain.

Bot clients:
Basically like tribot as you've explained you've used before, this would probably be your best bet for easiest setup and proxy settings.
I've personally used
-rspeer
-osbot
-tribot
-rsbot
-dreambot
My favorite was rspeer, however I've heard good things about tribot, osbot and runemate aswell.

Plugins:
A newer form of botting using "plugins" that work as a script. These are used with the popular clients openosrs and runelite. While I feel the banrate is much better, they aren't quite as flexible as bot client scripts.

Ahk/color bots: (mobile bots)
Been around as long if not longer than bot clients, again not quite as much flexibility. But Imo better banrates. Mobile botting is using a Android spoof (a program that shows your on mobile) while using it as a desktop application

If you're looking for a combat bot, I definitely recommend Optimus AIO Combat & Magic from TRiBot.

Optimus AIO Combat & Magic [KILLS EVERYTHING] [SLAYER] [CANNON] [IRONMAN] [GUTHANS] [BANKING] + more

Kills every monster in the game, can loot, bank, use special attacks, potions, worldhop, cannon etc etc. If you have anyquestions feel free to pm me or join my discord . Link in my signature.
