--Has anyones accounts gotten hacked from rs bot? (be sure to delete your global internet files in the "Settings" folder of Rs Bot, for they hold your username and password's for each account you've saved in the bot.

 

... They hold onto your account data so that the bot can remember your accounts for autologin lol.

regex made it, sixfeetunder found dupe glitch, kaitneiks made a forum for scar

Contact the maker of AutoRune? I really don't know. Kaitnieks sold SCAR to freddy1990 years ago, and that was LONG after SCAR was created and VERY LONG after AutoRune was dead. Based on an old post by Spel, it looks like the guy in the middle is Kaitnieks today: http://www.blumentals.net/company/people.php although, I doubt he would want to help you.

Has anybody gotten hacked: People 'claim' they did, but in all honestly, this was probably due to the bug in IE a few months ago, because, as far as I know, everybody who used FireFox was fine, and nobody has claimed to have gotten hacked recently. Also, RSBot is Open-Source (You can see all the .java files for yourself), so you can go looking for the malicious code, but you'll never find it!

I didnt think RSBot was trying to hack us at all- it was when I heard the maker was hacked, and I wasnt sure what the auto-login files had the picture of a globe on them for, and if they were accessible by the hacker. Just looking out and taking precautions =]

For rs you would have to download an include, which most/all scripts need to run called SRL. www.srl-forums.com/forum search for tutorials to install and setup SCAR, SRL, SMART, Reflection. Btw, Jethr0x made a tutorial to install everything *cough* scar section *cough*
