Need Professional Logo and Intro Video[Will Pay]

Hey guy's I've got a youtube channel and I think it would be nice if I can put a Intro video for my vids and have a logo so I'm paying for that....

What I would like ( you can change it around )
Logo:
Blue Background
Wooden/Brown Fist ( Like Mikey the Mouse's hand style but brown)
That fist should look like it's about to knock on a window

Intro:
Blue style background
A Window in the middle
The Mikey Mouse style brown hand knocking on it and when he knocks you can hear a knocking sound as if someone is knocking on a glass windows.
Only 3 knocks.

Please keep the intro between 3-8 seconds.
