What happend to all Account Upgrade Services

I wanted to buy Account Upgrade ,but all truseted or bigger services are out of stock. Do they all have same source of membership?

 

I think nowadays because of the membership card everyone seems to buy these. These are obviously stocked, so if the retailer store is out of the stock, so will the trusted members. From what I can see, SMS and paying by phone ect. seem to be more of a hassle rather than giving a membership card.

 

Just keep checking the upgrade section often. Most newcomers are just looking to scam, so I would look at buying from trusted members like inpherus, DangerousConformist, etc.

 

it has been updated, there are limits now on how many upgrades you can use


lets just say if last month you can use 30-50 upgrades
now its down to 8, 15 and 25

25 has always been the highest for me for this month

Is this directed from your IP? Because I thought you could sell as much as you want if it was using Runescape Membership cards or is this just for surfpin.

It probably isn't that bad unless you have to go out of your way to pick them up.
But if you're in the area then it won't matter.
