Buying Kickass Ranger/Mager - PvP - F2P

Hello I want to buy a range/mager that can kick some ass
in the PvP world F2P.

Why F2P? I'd like the n00bs out there
Why at PvP? I want to practise, I am realy new to Pk'ing so I need some
one that has got a nice pure to offer or a tanker what ever.

Extra, I am paying extra if you give me a nice Pk'ing guide. How to PK at PvP, the tricks that I need to use.. what tricks I need to master etc...
