this is BS their is not explanation at all and i didnt do anything wrong. No scam reports or nothing and people where happy and satisfied.

Because you can't claim your guide is 99% effective - I'm quite sure it's not. An unban is never guaranteed (or even close to it): it depends on which mod reviews it, the offense, etc.
