I read through the rules, and thought why not. I am here to offer a skiller (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1168666) for some skill training. I will let anyone do the job, but I will only give the account away first to trusted skill trainers (50+ skill training vouches). I will disclose all creation details, etc. The account now has 5m cash pile on it, along with the 1m in member items.
I am making a new account. Tell me what levels you will get it, staying at 3 combat, also tell me if you are going to bank or powerlevel.
