You'll have a hard time finding somebody if you won't allow chinning, and request iron knives, but also aren't looking to pay "a lot".

Knives from 80-99 would take forever.
Why not look into chinning reqs?

I'm not looking to pay "a lot" when it comes to simply method supplies(chinning/NMZ is expensive). I'm also not in a rush to complete this job, so I do not mind a longer time frame. All I ask from my potential servicer is that they spend a decent amount of time every day working on this job.
