I do a lot pvm these days. I remembered i have seen a software that can show dropped items after you killed a monster in game. So it helps saving a lot time right click and check, etc.

The client people remember as Orion got rebranded recently. It's now called OSBuddy and you can find it at RSBuddy. Get the Pro version.

RsBuddy would be your best bet.
If you are willing to pay £2.00 per month, you get alot of features. (ITS NOT COMPULSORY TO PAY, HOWEVER, ITS RECOMMENDED FOR "PVM'ers")

Check this site : https://rsbuddy.com/osbuddy/

Scroll to the bottom and you'll see all the features it provides just for £2.00 per month.

EDIT : If you want to know about the small features you get with RsBuddy Pro check this out : https://rsbuddy.com/community/forum/49-plugins/
