Looking for a Signature/Thread Layout [ OSRS GP ]

About: I am looking for a thread layout for my services. And i am also looking for 1 maybe 2 'matching' Signatures that correspond with the Thread Layout. Meaning.. I want my 1-2 'matching' Signatures to match my thread layout.

Title (Thread Layout): We want the title to say QuestScape & JuniorSythe Professional Services.
Special Requests (Thread Layout): On the Thread layout i want a Click-to-add Skype button for two Skypes (me and my partner). Also with a Click-to-Pm Sythe button for two Sythe Profiles (me and my partner).
Special Requests (Signature X2): On The two 'matching' Signatures (Will be our names) When clicking Our Signature that will be our Sythe Profile Names it will bring the person clicking the signature to our Service Thread. I also want a Vouch Button that links to the persons Vouch Thread with a Click-to-add Skype button and a Click-to-PM Sythe button.
Special Features/effects (Signature X2): We would like some nice effects in our signatures.. Surprise me!

More Information:
We want our Thread Layout to look professional and also be an eye catcher at the same time. Along with our matching Signatures that match our Thread Layout. We ask for the artist to use his/hers knowledge in graphic arts and thread layouts/signatures to come up with the best possible final project that meets the expectations of what im looking for also with that the amount of gp i will be spending.
