Need T-Shirt Design

I need a t shirt design for my organization at school. The t shirt can either be a polo style, or a t shirt with a pocket in the front with a design on the back.

Text 1: Rush Kappa Sigma
Text 2: Fellowship, Leadership, Scholarship, Service
Text 3: Fall 2014

If possible the design on the back should be close to the cover for the Wolf Of Wall Street, with Leonardo on it.

This is a shirt meant to advertise our name so it should not be crowded with images and it should look good and clean.

I am paying for the design, but i will not pay in advance since the design has to be appropriate and look nice.
The price is negotiable to what you think you deserve for it.

I've had a lot of t-shirt experience and slapping that much text on it is going to look like shit. You want something that people can glance at and be like 'Oh, that is the shirt XYZOrganization' and not have to stand there and read it for 2 minutes. Especially if it is going to be a polo shirt, because polo shirts aren't generally known for their graphic nature. Just thought I might give you a bit of artistic advice.
