RuneMate and RSPeer are the best ones. As for ban rates you've gotta remember that botting is ten percent luck, twenty percent skill, fifteen percent concentrated power of will. Five percent pleasure, fifty percent pain, and a hundred percent reason to remember the name. So basically, it's random. Just don't suicide bot.

 

Lots of people have success with many different bots.
TRiBot, OSBot, DreamBot, RuneMate are some of the bigger ones out.
