Runelite conditional menu entry swapping (blackjacking).

Does anyone know how the runelite menu entry swapper appears on jagex' side? Are menu entry swaps detectable and is it likely to result in a ban when blackjacking on a main account? After the ardy knight nerf I really can't be fucked thieving, but I don't want to risk my main.

 

No bans so far but yes most likely detectable as this is moving away from ahk/color scrape and into injection/reflection/code modification
