WTB CPU/Mobo setup

I'm currently in the process of upgrading my rig, I have 4 kids, so its taken me awhile, right now I am rockin' a h77 and i3-3220, I'm bottle-necking the hell out of my 970.

So, right now I am kind of just seeing what is out there, and seeing if anyone has an older, but obviously better than what I have cpu package that they dont use, or want. Will also buy RAM (8gb+) if you need to sell as a bundle.

My current budget is about $200-250, it does not have to be a i7-8700k, I'm looking for mostly older unlocked Motherboards and i5+ K series CPUs. I'd even take a good I5-2500, or 3470 something along those lines.
