RuneScape Gold Shop and Live Support/Sellers

Hello members,

My Team and I have got the point to where we are in need of a site to sell our gold and other virtual goods instead of black marketing on communities and such plus it will help grow and receive new customers daily. So I'm looking for a graphic artist who can design the website and someone who can do the front and back end of the website. If you can do both great!

The Website must include six pages. Index, 2 buy pages (EoC&Rs07), Upgrades, Feedback, and Contact Us. I would like the design to be RuneScape related.
The Graphics you can use RuneScape images I don't mind also we will be indeed on an Avatar, Banner, Logo, Thread Layout, and Signature.


Live Support

Under general supervision, in a 24/7 in-bound center environment, Live Chat Representatives will provide pricing and help to customers by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include, but are not limited to, resolving username and password problems, payment confirmation, delivery time, assisting with navigating through the site. Support will be provided by clearly communicating in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required.

Duties and Tasks:

• Deliver service and support to customers using live support software over the Internet
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
• Research required information using available resources
• Follow standard processes and procedures
• Redirect problems to appropriate resource
• Offer alternative solutions when appropriate
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:

• Ability to speak and type clearly and accurately
• Knowledge of RuneScape
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Effective listening skills
• Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good
• Multi-tasking capabilities
• Minimum 12 hours of weekend working availability on a Saturday or Sunday
