Need help please

See them effiecent thingys i cant remember the name but the item that is new to runescape i think there called starved effiecents

i cant use them and some1 tells me you can get rewards for them or something?


were do i go to get the reward or what ever it is?

 

They are called "Effigies" and you must obtain one as a drop.

Players with 91, 93, 95, and 97 in a particular set of skills will have to help you with turning them into their next stage and then an xp lamp.

The rewards are not really good except the 45k xp lamp.
