I'd do it for 5m, I don't have any vouches but I could stream me doing the cape for you if you wanted, you can also log in via teamviewer.

 

I can do it.
I use a bot called Miscfirecaper on PB. It's a premium bot that costs ten dollars but I have found it to be extremely effective and it got me capes first time.
Good stats on it proves no trouble.

Obviously, as it costs me nothing, not even time to do it will cost far less than other offers.

Note: It can only use range / mage.
