Sorry if this is a stupid question but, could you possibly elaborate more on the skill of 'advertising' ? What exactly are you expecting them to do?
Make/Create videos? Find sponsors and connections? Post on forums ?

Sorry for these questions, I'm interested but Im just looking to see if I meet your standards :laugh:

The pay for that would probably be commission based.
