Looking for a quote for an e-commerce based website from scratch.
I am also trying to decide if I should use WordPress or make a website from scratch.
I need help creating the website from scratch which will consist of a payment system, livechat, and layout.
Not sure how much it would cost to get this done without much gfx adds but my base budget is $600.
Requirements: Previous Works and Some reputation on sythe.
Note: There will be a flexible deadline and I will create an agreement.
