Looking for a decent server:

Looking for a server like this:

1.Good combat system (Important because I hybrid)
2.Not to hard nor to easy to make money
3.No customs
4.Good up-time + server stability/ no lagg
5.Good non abusing staff

I realize there is a lot of good server listed on websites such as www.runelocus.com but none of them have all I'm looking for + alot of them lie in the description of the server so I'm looking for somebody who tried the server.

I use Dimension-X. The PKing on it is pretty awesome, very reactive and has good PKing motion.

Quite a few play it - I enjoy it.
