Looking for a custom client for workers

I need someone who can create the necessary tools for me to track my workers' actions in detail while they're working.

This would include:

Screenshot trades
Screenshot purples
Tracking specific items
Tracking team sizes
(Plugins with no option to disable)
Login system that prevents them from using the account with another client
