Need motivation/goal to start new rs3 account

Title.

All my others were banned - botting, bug abusing and RWT.

I was just wondering since its a fresh account what should my goals be?

I wont start an ironman, dont really like it.
Considering rushing plagues end but unsure.

So to my question. What goals should I have and what keeps you motivated?
I have like 6 weeks to play during summer (unless a job works out).

I might go for 2K total by the end of it and buy the summer package.

Edit: Should I use my level 3 skiller instead of starting fresh?
Will give me a stat boost.

 

My advise - dont.

Either quit the game or play oldschool. Rs3 is just going downhill.

 

RS3 can be lots of fun, but only when you have much friends to play with.
Training your stats up is really easy and not so grindy as on 07.
However, if you start to play 07, you will actually fall in love with the game because of the feeling of "Achievement".
Something you don't really have anymore in elitist RS3.
I would highly suggest you to give 07 a try.

I would set my goals according to the amount of time I can afford to put into the account. Always aim for a little more than you realistically can do though, to keep you motivated. And don't hestitate to take a break once in a while from the game. If you don't enjoy it, there is no reason to keep playing it whatsoever.

Alot of skills can be trained AFK these days, so for the starting part of the journey, I would do some AFK skilling method to make some money while watching some Netflix/Youtube.

2K total seems like a very nice goal for the end of summer, and I am sure you can achieve that if you are dedicated enough.

I personally would just skill and quest and get access to the elf city.

For me personally once I get back i'm going to be questing for Curses, and I FUCKING DESPISE QUESTS WITH A PASSION. Took me like 3 or 4 hours just to do the Elf City quest. Ughh but I want to get Curses ffs...

 

It would honestly not take a long time to catch up with them.
In your case I would just give it a try.
XP rates in RS3 are ridiculously high.

 

Don't force motivation to play a game. You should play games for fun.

 

Came here to say this. No shame in just retiring from the game if you don't enjoy it anymore. Personal pleasure/success will be the biggest motivation you can get for anything in life

 

Starting over is very hard but iv done it before. I say focus mainly on combat skills first and quest seeing that skills just don't bring in much profit now days. Bossing can be fun and make sure you join and active clan keeps you busy and gives you people to talk to and do task with
