Looking for a Avatar/NameTag and a Sig-Designer

Hey guys,
Basicly I'm looking for someone to do like pretty much all my designs for everything I got on sythe. The idea is that I'll be looking at some designers and buy a few avatars here and there to see what fits best. When someone made me something I think I can work with I'll also hire that person to do the rest of my work.
