    Looking for a 99 strength pure
    -Non-combat levels are appreciated, but not entirely needed.
    -Defense must be 1.
    -Prayer can be leveled, just not preferred.
    -Doesn't need quests done, just needs 99 strength.
    -Recoveries and email CAN be on but ONLY if you agree to pay for OMM and have it verified.
    -I can pay with Paypal or RSGP

    I wouldn't really say that I have a cap price-wise. But if it's a straight botted account, I wouldn't really expect someone to give it a steep price.

    I'd hope that if someone posts an account we can work out a price on msn.

    @Eat_me, it's nothing against you, but I'm going to have to decline. That account comes with some conflict as I read in the posts.
