Looking for a 718+ Coder

I'm looking for a 718+ coder that could help me create the next "big" server, i need a team of people that will be up for the job and who have had experience in this type of coding before.

Roles:
.(Head-Coder) - Will receive Co-Owner ingame
.(Two deputy Coders) - Will both receive admin powers
.(Website designer) - Will receive Developer rank ingame with spawn abilities

I also need a few advertisers that may receive moderator ingame.

I can possibly do this.. I've been taking a graphic arts class and web designing.. I'm not the best.. but I could give it a shot.

 

That type of coding would be java and I'd be up for it but I'm not too interested unless you're willing to pay me for the work
