Hiring video editors

I am looking to hire video editors for something I am working on. Will keep it short and simple, you can message me for more info if required.


The basic requirements:

- chop up existing content and make minor edits. Tidy it up.
- Cut down 2+ hour video interviews in to 10 min videos
- Possibly make YouTube shorts from the content provided

Terms:

- Payment will be made per video at first. After we have established a good relationship, we can consider longer term arrangements.
- I will need to see at least 1 example of previous work. The more examples the better.
- payment will be made after the work is completed.
- We will negotiate prices per video. Prices may vary depending on each individual gig.
