title says it, im looking to buy a lvl 3 skiller, no att str or def, must have original log-in. not paying any extra for membership or veterans i really dont care if its a vet. no certain skill lvls im looking for just post what you have but im not looking for a maxed out skiller. i pay rspg only. not going first unless your post count/vouches are higher than mine.
