What Stats Should I get?

Hey well, the other day Bring Me the Horizon gave me his screwed up obby pure. I'm trying to think about what stats I should get? Here is what I was thinking:

Current stats:

Combat Lvl: 42
Attack Lvl: 26
Strength Lvl: 63
HP Lvl: 53
Mage Lvl: 35
Range Lvl: 42
Prayer Lvl: 1
Hunter Lvl: 83

Short Term Goals

Attack: 40
Strength: 70
HP: ???
Mage: 55
Range: 60
Defence: 1
Prayer: 1
Hunter: 90 Hopefully

Medium Goals:

Attack: 60
Strength: 80
HP: ???
Mage: 70 - 82
Range: 70+
Defence: 1
Prayer: 1
Hunter: 99

Final:

Attack: 60
Strength: 99
Mage: 94
Range: 85+
Defence: 1
Prayer: 1
Hunter: 99

Thats what I was thinking hopefully my stats can be near the end of the summer like maybe Septemberish. What do you guys think? I currently have about 6 - 6.5m

yep stats look perfectly good.. looks like its gonna take alot of grinding lol.
