Unbanned in game, website think i'm still banned?

I got a temp ban on my account for 10 days. However today was the last day and I managed to log onto my account f2p. But the problem is that I still can't log onto the membership area and continue it... . When I try to extend my membership it says "You are banned etc."

From past experiences, the wait can last from a few minutes- 3 days MAX.

This is ridiculous -___- i"d easily pay 15 dollars a month for half as good customer support as world of warcraft.
