Admin or Mod?

A long time ago my account 'Watkins' was breached. And it was banned from a lot of ignorant posts and the person who had access to it ended up scamming someone. A REALLY long time ago when I was getting intersted into Sythe again, it was unbanned. It was reigstered way before this account was made, and I don't want to seem like a newfag to half the players here, considering almost all of them go by your registration date. If any mod/admin is able to assist me i'd very much appreciate it.

 

I don't believe administrators nor moderators can merge accounts for you. It's against the rules with certain exceptions (E.G: Modderator got his name changed due to excessive flaming and questioning of his member status on Sythe, Finn getting his account merged due to his "admin-powers", etc).

Basically it's nearly unaccomplishable without a bullet-proof reason.

So, it was unbanned, but you didn't have the password, so you're asking for a mod/admin to give you the password? If that's the case, you're going to have to prove to them that the account was yours to begin with... and you will have to refund what was scammed. If you're able to do that, I think the admins will give you the account. I've seen something similar happen in the past. If you're willing to do all that to be not called a newfag, then go for it.

 

We don't merge accounts; it causes too much confusion. Your old account only has about 40 posts, so if you only want it for the join date, we're not going to waste our time. Most people don't even look at it. If you weren't well known back then, you're going to be considered a newbie regardless of what the number says - it's only activity and reputation that matter.

 

You can't get your old account back just to avoid TWC when it's clear you have it for a reason.
