Staff have discussed the Market Manipulation rule and have agreed that it is too vague in both scope and punishment.
The Temporary Game Modes section has been made, and the OSRS Leagues and Deadman Market are it's subsections.
Two new subsections for the Ironman market have been made.
Firecape proof no longer needs to be provided in order to advertise your Firecape services.
