Skype Jennifer.sadfadsfadfasd has an offsite match to a thread where someone states he's being hacked by the person as well as a bunch of other members chiming in and saying he's already been banned for hacking other members of their website + other things.

At the very least this should be enough to force him to show his ban reason on this website (or ban reasons rather, as the thread says he has multiple banned accounts.)
