This is why I don't waste my time with that shit. Third age and all that is just a conspiracy, you never actually get it out of TT rewards I'm convinced.

I have never gotten over 70k from a clue scroll. So I just don't do them any more.

 

and this is why the high Clue Scroll rewards will rise in price. no one wants to do them anymore.

 

They get crappy but sometimes they give a decent payout 1M+ for 10 minutes of work.
I remember Jagex said on a forum post that 3rd age was like a .0005 chance. (Something along those lines)

 

I got 25K once from that. I literally ROFL'd.

Odds are about 1/100,000 lol. And to the OP I don't think ROW is supposed to help everytime, just now and again like with monster drops

 

I once got 3 biscuits, r pick, and 13 zamorak arrows. It's not guaranteed.

 

still, its very low chances.

 

I like it this way. Sometimes you get 40k, sometimes you get 500M.
Plus, I don't think ring of wealth has an effect on clue scrolls?
But I could be wrong.
