Profile links for all of your Sythe accounts: Lol I kill was my username, but again as it has been so long I am unable to find my direct profile link. In regards to the alt I had, i cannot remember that username for the life of me.

Report/post/reason that got you banned: In all honesty I cannot even remember what it was that I done, I think it may have been scamming, I am unsure of the amount however

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: As this was so long ago, I am unfortunately unable to provide such information

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Apart from the alt after my initial ban, but nothing else.

When using the required template, my pardon comes across as quite bare and lacking in substance. It unintentionally gives off the impression of being careless or insincere, which is far from my intention. I believe this is largely due to the amount of time that has passed since the original offence and the ban itself.

If acceptable to the team, I would prefer to present my pardon in the form of a traditional letter, as I feel it allows me to express myself more clearly and genuinely:


Dear Sythe Moderation Team,

Kindly note, before reading further, that I have reviewed the full pardon request guidelines. However, due to the considerable amount of time that has passed since the original offence, I’m unable to recall all of the exact details.

If submitting this pardon as a written letter is not in line with the required format, I would be grateful if you could advise me on the appropriate procedure.

First and foremost, I hope you're all keeping well.

I'm writing to respectfully submit an appeal regarding my account, ‘Lol I Kill’, which was banned approximately 15 years ago. I genuinely believe enough time has passed to warrant a fresh opportunity to engage with the community, and I’d like to request that my appeal be reconsidered.

I’ll be the first to admit; technically, I could have created a new account, especially given the fact that my email, IP address, and ISP have all since changed. But I felt it would be disingenuous to do so. Instead, I wanted to come forward openly and honestly, in the hope of starting anew on the right footing.

I’ve recently picked up Runescape again, and with that, I’ve taken a renewed interest in trading gold and community engagement. Over the years, I’ve developed a fairly entrepreneurial mindset and would love to use Sythe as a platform to conduct fair and transparent business.

A lot has changed in 15 years. I’ve grown up, matured, and had my fair share of life experiences - some humbling, some heartbreaking. Losing close friends and family members, gaining perspective, and facing life head on have all shaped me into someone who takes things more seriously now. I’ve become more spiritual in nature, and I try to live my life by doing good wherever I can. I believe in karma; what you sow is what you reap and I do what I can to support my local community, including handing out food and supplies to the homeless whenever I’m able.

On a more personal note, I’m getting married next year; which feels surreal to even write! I’m now 29 (turning 30 this September), and it would mean a great deal to be welcomed back to the Sythe community as the person I am today, not the teenager I was back then.

To be fully transparent, I did create an alternative account around 2013, if memory serves me right. That account was banned due to it being an alt, and as far as I recall, I didn’t commit any wrongdoing or harm to other members during the time it was active. It was a mistake, and I accept full responsibility for it.

Outside of Sythe, I moderate a Reddit community of over 200,000 members, and while I’m not sure how much that counts here, I thought it might be worth mentioning as part of showing my commitment to fair and constructive community engagement.

I’d also be keen to become a donating member if reinstated. I understand how much effort and cost goes into running a platform like this, and I’d like to do my part to support it.

Professionally, I work in Project Management as a full-time Project Manager. I only mention this to highlight that I lead a responsible, structured life and that this appeal is coming from someone who understands accountability and respects community standards.
