Okay to start this pathetic report off, (This is a $15 USD Transaction lmao)

After payment was sent, G2a re-directed me to the site, along with this my name on the live-chat was automatically changed.
This change was something along the lines of "TF125128"
Assuming this was an order id right? I question them about the whereabouts of my order.

Rsgoldfund/Bus369/Divine (known for previous scamming, booting people off of maxed mains & other malicious activities)
Had claimed not seeing my Order, and to provide them with an order id. I had told him, my name was changed to the Order id provided via successful payments from G2a.
Now, being the payment was 15usd & knowing the retard who's donated $300 would probably know better then to not do this. i did not screenshot this. however, i'm aware they have Zen-desk live-chat chat-logs, in which he's shown me of the previous encounters.


Live-chat agent "Tony" Proceeded to remove this name after stating this was not a valid order id.
Firstly, why would G2a redirect me to the site after confirming the payment, then proceeding to change my name on the livechat to a numeric pattern/code?
Live-chat agent "Tony" Then Proceeded to ban me from the chat. (later confirmed via live-chat agent "Jenny")
His statement was first, you didn't send the payment and are trying to scam me out of money, which later changed to "you haven't sent the payment"


point of the story, I've paid, I've shown payment evidence, I've been banned from the livechat after paying, I've seen no remorse from livechat support, I've received no "Valid order id"
Something fishy is going on and due to the previous activities of users relating to this site I believe an investigation needs to be inplace.
seeings as the livechat agent will not forward chat logs to me, I request a DNT To be put on BUS369 (DIVINE) Until resolved/chatlogs reviewed.
I apologise for the lack of evidence but it is the best I can do after being banned from a livechat.

You should of gotten an email from G2A, can you provide that?

 

If this is the case ^ then you will need to wait until the BTC has a confirm, no gold sites deliver without at least 1 confirm.

 

1: 82sat is $1.30, on a $14 transaction thats plenty.
2: mod or not, you're abusing. flaming. banning from chat and accusing of scamming.
3: @Chloe, the confirm isnt my issue,i stated this 50times.

also @Island, you're lying claiming btc refunds after 24-72hours, it does not. For this, you deserve a TWC.

 

Can you please provide the email you got from G2A for your order from them then? G2A will always send an email saying thank you for your order but it's processing etc..

Also can you past the blockchain url so we can check the transaction.

Now, you arent paying out of pocket due to the fact you'll recieve the bitcoin. but ill accept the payment.
As for @Island, i'm requesting a TWC for absolutely pathetic trading practices, tell me how bitcoin gets refunded after 24-72hours? scammer.
Banning paying customers from a livechat for questioning order status? Scammer.

Ill prob get infracted but when the transaction falls out of the mempool it will go to the senders wallet. That usually takes about 72 hours

3: Making more accusations to cover your ass.

As more evidence comes forward both owner & worker remove comments relating to the situation.
if this hasnt been suspicious enough as is, do you not think theyre hiding something?

Listen buddy,
we told you to take your business elsewhere after ban. you proceeded to order again.
we said we would refund you your BTC if it ever comes in, you still coming into chat harassing all the workers, you don't want it.
we tried to refund you now, you don't want it.
you got our account banned, so we cannot offer locopk, hence why you are banned.
you claimed to order more than stock cap (2b), which is not possible.
14$ is NOT 2.5b loco, its .89/100k, so that's roughly about 1.5-1.6b.

The fact the g2a doesn't even have you payment means it has fallen out and is nulled (still pending but will get refunded/back to your wallet at around 72 hours). its been about 27 hours now since you have claimed for it to be sent.

despite repeatedly telling you how g2a requires the BTC to be fully sent, and g2a has no record of receiving a payment of 14$ at all, is more than proof of you trying to BTC scam us. As @Chloe stated earlier, even if the order is processing payment, you would get an email stating it is processing before confirm. We have also received BTC payments from other customers in the meantime just fine.

Logs are forwarded to staff regarding this incident.
