    Logitech M205 mouse problem.

Okay, well I had this Logitech M205 mouse ever since Christmas. It is a wireless mouse with a flash drive sized USB receiver. Just today, I tried to use it, it turns on and shows the green LED light, but then after about 5 seconds it turns off. The mouse doesn't work anymore. I tried to replace the battery several times using several different batteries. I guess that wasn't the problem. Please help me. :(

Try another USB port. It might just be the one USB port that isn't working.

I have the exact same problem. I have installed the receiver (apparently), but the mouse itself keeps going off on its own every 5-7 secs. Were you able to fix your problem? Thanks

Did you try basic things like testing the mouse on another computer/USB port?

Did you update to the latest drivers?
